Menards, Lowe’s and Home Depot
When you need to make some renovations at your place, you have to choose among many home improvement companies. Before-purchase research is a very wise thing to do. At your option we present three companies: Menards, Lowe’s and Home Depot. This is about the things you should not buy there or the services you should better avoid. In such a way you will be able to choose the lesser of two evils and to have some picture of what you have to expect.
Menards. One of the most popular troubles with items bought in Menards is that they do not have serial numbers on them. It means that if something goes wrong with your appliance, or it appears to be broken or having some manufacturing defect, you would not be able to exchange it or to get money refund for that item. They would say that the item was purchased anywhere but Menards. Let alone saying about their run-arounds and poor customer service which they make justified because of “already low prices”.
Lowe’s. The worst thing about Lowe’s is the staff of their supplying companies, the installers they send to your house. They can be inapt and absolutely inexperienced and having no notion what and how to do. Besides, their customer service representatives can keep you waiting for hours until you will get some answers concerning the problem you might have with their items.
Home Depot. Here you have to know about their poor system of organization. In case you have some trouble with their products, it will be rather difficult to settle them. It happens at Home Depot because nobody there has real authority to solve problems and to undertake some decisions. And they will keep on giving you run-arounds, wasting your time and will-power. And you can keep on calling in vain their 800-numbers.
