The company operates its store location in every state of the United States and Canada. Lowes plans to extend its activity to Mexico in the year 2009. In 2006, the company offered special house plans for people who suffered from the hurricanes.

Each of us happens to buy broken equipment, an overdue product or something of the kind. And it is no problem if we go back to the store and get a refund or the purchase is replaced. And lucky you are if the company does replace the product quietly and properly. In some cases the process takes you so much time and effort that finally it loses its value. And that is the case with Lowes. First, you go back to the shop, than they will send you to the main office where you have to stand in a line the whole day till it is your turn. But before, at the store, the assistants treat you as rude as if you have broken something they have bought.
