The company has a number of warehouses in Canada. Costco Wholesale Corporation is one of the largest general retailers in the world. The company is on the list of Fortune 500. This company specializes in retail sale of a huge range of products: clothes, home décor, furniture, electronics, healthcare products, jewelry, footwear, pet products, sporting goods, and so much more. But people should remember that the company would proceed if there were no income. If the prices are low, something should be low as well. That is why many people complain about the poor customer service.

Costco complaints. The most wide spread problem at Costco is their return policy. People state that Costco return policy is really unreasonable. It makes it difficult to replace the products if it was broken, damaged or defected. The company refuses to cooperate with customers after the purchase was done. Thus, they underline that their main objective is to sell and it does not matter what can happen to those products they sell. Besides, some consumers complain that the employees are very rude and pushing. They do not leave a customer alone until they make him buy a thing he did not want at all.
